Hi babes ! ♡ So you’re starting your weight loss journey or wanting to maintain and wondering what foods you should avoid eating? After researching the foods you should kick to the curb if you want to lose belly fat and keep that Summer body tight throughout the Fall and Winter seasons are listed below and tested by me.

♡ French fries

♡ Sugars

♡ Processed Meat

♡ Ice cream

♡ Alcohol

♡Sugars + Processed Meat

I had a hard time kicking sugars and processed meat to the curb. I started reading the labels and can you believe the number of sugars in many grocery store products? ugh! and giving up processed meat still bums me out.

My attempt to make a recipe I found on Pinterest.

♡Ice Cream + French Fries

My two favorite comfort foods are french fries and ice cream, sometimes together. Getting rid of ice cream is easy but having to say bye-bye to fries is truly insane.

♡Alcohol

Slowing down my alcohol intake got easier as I stayed active. I go on casual walks around the city with my pup and late-night drives around the city to view the moon kissing the water.

♡2020-21 Weight Loss

Losing weight was a huge struggle at the beginning, I never dedicated myself to something for so long, but I reaped many rewards doing so.

Losing weight for me is still an ongoing battle. I lost around 50lbs in 2020-21 during the covid shutdown but early 2022 is when my weight went back up.

I stop exercising and started overindulging in many guilty pleasures.

I created an easy and consistent workout plan that I used back when I first started my weight loss journey that I can’t wait to share with you guys.
